I hope someone buys this site (cnr Kite St and Lords Place) and redevelops it. It could have a downstairs coffee shop and upstairs office spaces for small businesses like mine. In Bathurst this would have been done long ago. The Council here seems to do nothing re DAs on these kind of sites. Let's hope there is some motion in the Council to get this site going and a new selection of offices and shops opened up. It is very central.
